The CNI facility has been designed to reflect the experimental needs in the social sciences and related disciplines. The core instrumentation provided by the CNI is a research-dedicated 3T MRI scanner. In addition to the scanner, there is a mock scanner for training, experimental testing rooms, and MRI-compatible experimental equipment, such as visual displays, audio presentation equipment, and a 256-channel EEG system.
